NBC delays 'Munsters' pilot
NBC requires a hourlong pilot order based on "The Munsters" franchise in the running for your fall 2012-13 schedule to have the ability to provide extra attention, according to sources. A Peacock representative declined comment. Now referred to as "Mockingbird Lane," the pilot was bought last November from Universal Television and creator/professional producer Bryan Bigger ("Pushing Daisies"). Shooting remains pressed for the summer season, meaning "Lane" will probably be considered for next midseason. The pilot happen to be set to lense within the finish from the month in Vancouver, with Bryan Singer aboard to professional produce and direct. Sources the network felt "Mockingbird" needed more hours to fine-tune important components which NBC sees just like a major priority. Rather than hurry in the deadline of the start of lensing, careful analysis push the project to midseason consideration was showed up at Thursday mid-day. So they are remaking The Munsters now? It has been shown that TV show remakes usually fail, so how about using just a tiny bit more creativity and try crossover remakes that would combine two or more old shows? I give a list of amusing or horrifying suggestions in a post at http://www.ragingwisdom.com/?p=704 Enjoy!
