Disney utilizes politico's consultant

The Wally Disney Co. has hired Mike Castellano, a real estate agent to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), as V . p . of U.S. government relations. Castellano creates a number of problems with a focus on trade and intellectual property. Richard Bates, senior V . p . of U.S. government relations, reported Castellano's "understanding about complex issues, capacity to attain within the aisle and Congressional chambers and dealings with foreign government bodies" in announcing Castellano's hire. Castellano was most recently senior counsel and senior policy agent to Reid, focusing on intellectual property, worldwide trade and cyber security.
